List of Auto-Pop PS5 Platinum Trophies

Hi everyone, thanks for stopping by. As the title suggests this is aimed to be the most up to date list of auto-popping PS5 plats you can find – This also includes information on backwards auto-popping from PS5 to PS4. I decided to do this after not being satisfied with out of date information and incomplete spreadsheets found throughout the interweb. I’m not promising this will have every auto-pop or be 100% accurate; this is merely to guide you with information I have found through the research I have carried out.

I have found this data by cross referencing all the PS5 releases as listed on Exophase – PS5 and doing research on each game throughout multiple forums and fastest achiever list on PSNProfiles.

This will be in alphabetical order to try help you quicker!

A Plague Tale Innocence – Yes, all trophies auto-pop after clicking ‘Conflict Synchronisation’ in the menu.

Alan Wake Remastered – partial, but ill explain;

If you have 100% on PS4, then after you import save in-game on PS5 it auto-pops the nightmare trophy, and if you collect 1 manuscript it pops that trophy also, which negates the need for a second playthrough

Unconfirmed, but its speculated that if you miss the first collectable of each collectable on PS4 save, then complete game and import to PS5, that you can then just get the first collectable of each one and trophy will pop, then go back to PS4 and get the collectable to pop on that side also.

Among Us – All accumulative trophies for getting kills, tasks, maps will auto-pop after completing 1 action towards them. However, any scenario based trophies will need to be earned again.

Apex Legends (No Platinum) – Partial Auto-pop. This game is server based however only two trophies auto-pop, thankfully its arguably the most annoying two. The Player and Well-Rounded will auto-pop.

Assassins Creed Valhalla (base game) – This auto-pops however is glitchy and a few trophies don’t carry over, strategic saves is recommended. You have to fast travel to a town and run through for trophies to pop. Trophies that are known not to pop are ‘Overdesign II’, ‘Skadis Hobby’, ‘Completionist All the Way’, ‘Silent Viking’, ‘Calling in a favour’, ‘As it was foretold’, ‘Orlog Champion’ among others.

Auto Chess – Yes, all trophies auto-pop.

Note – This game has also been confirmed to auto-pop the PS4 platinum, if you played the PS5 version first.

Babylons Fall – This game is server based, every trophy will either auto-pop or just require one action towards trophy. The only trophy that doesn’t is too kill an enemy with a bow.

Back 4 Blood – Yes, all trophies auto-pop, however no one has done it from PS4 to PS5 yet (at time of writing this).

Battlefield 2042 – TF1 Mastery trophies auto-pop, Then the majority require 1 action towards the trophy.
Certain trophies based on specific situations like extracting the whole squad in hazard need to be done again.

Biomutant – The developers have advised PS4 to PS5 should auto-pop, they are looking into this issue. I will update once it has been fixed.

Borderlands 3 – 8 trophies auto-pop, 4 discover all named locations, then if u level up once you get 4 levelling trophies.

Note – If u are level 65 (max level) then u cannot level up once more to auto-pop the 4 level trophies!

Bugsnax – After transferring your save file over, you must finish the ending again which is within reach of the final save point, doing this will pop the majority of the trophies automatically. The remaining trophies may require one action towards trophy. This also includes the DLC.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War – Campaign does not, & multiplayer auto-pops you just need to do 1 action towards each trophy to pop instead of all actions eg 1 elimination. Zombies does not auto pop except for onslaught were you need to do each action towards trophy 1 more time.

Call of Duty: Vanguard – Partial. All 4 Multiplayer trophies; Leet Skills, Top of the Mountain, Bling Pro and Hello there after you join a match. Also the zombies trophy Bakers Dozen.

Car Mechanic Simulator 2021 – Full auto-pop by using save transfer feature on main menu.

Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time – Partial, 28/52 trophies pop, the ones that do not can be done within 1 hour.

Launch PS4 version, go to save slots and upload save to cloud, launch PS5 version go to save slots and download PS4 save.

Crisis Core –Final Fantasy VII– Reunion – Full Auto-pop. In-game save transfer.

Crossout – (No Platinum) – Yes, all trophies autopop.

Note – This game has also been confirmed to auto pop the PS4 trophies, if you played the PS5 version first.

Cyberpunk – Partial. The developers advised no auto-pop however it is happening. From reading forum posts and checking profiles it seems everyone auto-pops at least 1 or more of the ‘Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in the…’ and also one other random trophy.

Whether this is linked to the save you use or is a bug is unconfirmed, I will update as more information is available.

Dauntless – Yes, majority will auto-pop and it now has a platinum on PS5 stack. The ones that don’t are – The Pointy End, King of the Hill and Timeless Fashion

Dead by Daylight – This game will auto-pop 4 trophies relating to Prestige. Get to prestige 1, 2, 3 and 3 level 50.

Dead Island 2 – PS4 to PS5 Full auto-pop via Save Import (Prompted at the main menu at starting of PS5 Version) No PS5 to PS4 auto-pop

Death Stranding Directors Cut – Yes, all trophies auto-pop except for ‘Master Builder’, ‘Trail-Blazer’ and ‘Homo Faber’.

Deep Rock Galactic – The Developers streamed on the 13th January and mentioned they are working on Cross-Progression to allow trophies too auto-pop.

Destiny 2 – As soon as you connect to servers it auto-pops all trophies.

Dirt 5 – Partial. Half the trophies will auto-pop, others will pop after you do 1 race, others that do not may require at least 1 action. The 1000 miles trophy will not, however, if you look in statistics most people seem to be close to the 1000.

Divine Knockout – Full auto-pop, server based.

Note – This game has also been confirmed to auto-pop the PS4 platinum, if you played the PS5 version first.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot – Full Auto-pop – In-game save transfer will pop all trophies.

Eiyuden Chronicle Rising – There is a save transfer feature from PS4 to PS5. Once you beat the game you unlock hard mode and receive a new ‘Before the End’ save that you can import to PS5 version and finish the last part to auto-pop a few trophies and not need 3 or 4 playthroughs. If you also leave 1 equipment upgrade prior to transferring save, on PS5 version when you do the last upgrade it’ll pop all 3 upgrade trophies.

There are also reports of only needing to do 1 action towards certain trophies for them to pop also although I haven’t been able to fully confirm.

Elden Ring – After you transfer your save over you can drop a weapon, armament and talisman and pick it up again to earn the three collectable trophies linked to those items. For ashen remains you have to destroy one and regain it, incantations collect one.

Elder Scrolls Online – Developers known to be working on auto-pop.

Evil Dead: The Game – Partial. If you get level 50 on PS4 then play 1 match on PS5 it will pop the ‘Groovy’ trophy.

Note – This game has also been confirmed to auto-pop the PS4 trophy, if you played the PS5 version first.

Fall Guys – Auto-pop completely bugged and not happening, several trophies bugged currently.
If fixed, full auto-pop once you load onto the game as its server based. Fall guys has a new game ‘launcher/application’ which means more PS4 versions, in multiple regions. This is being rolled out gradually across the world.

Download it once you can. The old version will discontinue on May 9th which will make the old PS4 list unobtainable.

Join this discord group to boost all applicable trophies; and once you have plat, load up the new version to auto-pop.

Far Cry 6 – You are able to use Ubisoft’s save transfer feature on this one, and whilst it doesn’t auto-pop, you can do 1 action towards each of the trophies to auto-pop, and also use save manipulation to pop the story quests rather than having to replay the entire story.

FIFA 21 – Only 5 trophies seem to auto-pop – ‘VOLTA’s Finest’, ‘Squad Building Champion’, ‘Work of Art’, ‘Vision for Division’ and ‘Seasoned to Perfection’.

FIFA 22 – Partial and 1 action towards trophies, not all trophies will have auto-pop elements.
Volta trophies will auto-pop, FUT and Pro Club trophies require 1 action towards trophies.

Play 1 game with 3 friends will not auto-pop on Volta, either will Career mode or skill games.

Final Fantasy VII – Remake – Yes, all base game trophies for platinum auto-pop.

To do this you need to go onto PS4 game and upload save, then go onto PS5 game and download it in game; however, the cross save method is region restricted! Both PS4 and PS5 versions need to be same region.

For example: if you got platinum on the PS4 EU, but bought the PS5 version from NA store, then you are unable to auto-pop. It would need to be EU PS4 to EU PS5.

Final Fantasy XIV – No, but you can trigger the trophies to pop by doing actions relating to the trophy eg: 1 kill for kill trophy, Some trophies will still consume a lot of time despite this but a lot less than you did on PS4.

First Class Trouble – Your game data is saved on their servers, so do one action towards each of the trophies and it will pop!

– Win 5 matches pops at first win
– Get garden 10 times pops when visiting it
– Get personoid quarters 10 times pops when visiting it
– IT specialists pops when repairing one pc (buggy)

Fortnite – Yes, all trophies auto pop except ‘All Together Now’ this has popped for a few but not all.

Note – This game has also been confirmed to auto-pop the PS4 platinum, if you played the PS5 version first. This can be done as all data is stored on your epic games account which means if you have played on PC, mobile, XBox etc you can pop trophies on PlayStation using that data.

Furi – Partial. You only need to do 1 K.O. For the ‘Give It a Real Try’ trophy rather than doing all 20.

You are also able to skip full playthrough’s on PS5 by doing the PS4 version and saving right before ‘The Star’, then when you load up on PS5 and import save progress further than the save and you can get all 3 ending trophies.

Genshin Impact – Yes, all trophies auto pop and they added a platinum trophy to PS5 version.

Note – This game has also been confirmed to auto pop the PS4 100% if you played the PS5 version first. This is done through the in-game log-in account system, which means you can transfer progress from PC, XBox, mobile etc. and still pop trophies.

Ghost of Tsushima – Yes, all trophies auto pop except the photo mode trophy.

Ghostrunner – Partial, if you import your ps4 save then the 3 collectable trophies auto pop (One Mans Trash, About Adam and Junkrunner). The trophy for collecting swords you only need to collect 1 sword for it to pop. The rest has to be done legit.

God of War Ragnarök – Full auto-pop.

Gran Turismo 7 – This game is server based, as such some trophies will allow one action towards the trophy for it to pop. Information is relatively scarce but it works on license and track progressions, distance and buying car types, café menu and collections. I will update as more information available.

GTAV PS5 – Full auto-pop. Transfer your game save to story mode in-game and migrate your online character in-game.

Guardians of the Galaxy – Yes, all trophies auto-pop with in-game save transfer.

Gundam Evolution – No platinum trophy. 100% has popped in 1 second for two people. No other details available on this one.

Hitman 3 – Yes, all trophies auto-pop.

Hood Outlaws and Legends – Yes, all trophies auto pop.

Isonzo – Partial. This game isn’t very popular so we only have one example which auto-popped after doing action towards trophies from PS5 > PS4. Untested from PS4 > PS5. This trophy is for 2000 kills and the 10 wins trophy as attacker and separate trophy as defender.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle R – Partial. As evidenced by the fastest achiever’s the plat difference between PS4 and PS4 goes from 16 hours to 2 hours, there may be a save transfer feature that slowly auto-pops the trophies or doing 1 action towards trophies pops trophies

I’ll update as I find out more

King of Fighters XV – One trophy will auto-pop. Once you increase your rank once the trophy ‘Master’ for reaching rank 16 will auto-pop.

Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series – Partial. The PS5 version detects the PS4 save. “My Hunny Bunny and My Sweetheart” will auto-pop upon completion of ‘Chamber o Fun’ level (not been tested on other levels).

Knockout City – If you do one action towards each of the trophies it will auto-pop each one, rather than forcing you to complete the whole criteria!

Maneater – Yes, this is an auto-pop platinum with issues on DLC. Developer recent update made issues with base game also.

Mortal Kombat 11 – The majority of trophies will auto-pop, some will require certain actions to pop and some wont pop at all – PSNProfiles has a great thread on this.

NBA 2K23 – Partial. Level Up for reaching MyTeam level 40 will auto-pop along with ‘Dejavu’ and ‘Threepio’

Nioh – Most trophies auto-pop, the few that don’t can be earned within 1 hour.

No Mans Sky – Yes, All trophies auto-pop.

Octopath Traveller 2 – Partial. In-game save transfer will pop most trophies. Remaining will require 1 action towards trophy. Helpful info found here.

One Piece Odyssey – Full/Partial auto-pop. Some people are popping all trophies in 1 second. Forum posts have stated level 70 may not pop. Best advice is to reach level 69 on PS4 version, transfer it to PS5 version to pop then just get level 69>70 on both versions for platinum.

Orcs Must Die 3 – Partial, 27 of the trophies will instantly auto-pop within 1 second, the remaining trophies are bugged as the cumulative counters are not going above 100.

The assumption is that it should be a full auto-pop but we need to wait and see if the devs will fix the trophies.

Outer Wilds – Partial. If you transfer your save over in-game, the only trophy that will pop is ‘Archaeologist’.

Outriders – Yes, All trophies auto-pop.

Overwatch 2 – Partial. This is buggy, different trophies are popping for different people. Generally people seem to get 1 or 2 of 100 wins in unranked, win on 12 different maps, 50 challenges, decked out trophy and decorated trophy. It was intended to fully auto-pop so it may be something the devs fix in future.

Rainbow Six Extraction – Partial. Information on this doesn’t seem accurate, apparently the progression/unlock trophies are saved online and therefore just need one action towards trophies and accumulative trophies like ‘kill this enemy 100 times’ and one of trophies have to be done again.

Full auto-pop for some, 50% auto-pop for most, 2 trophy pop from some

Resident Evil 2 – Full Auto-pop upon opening the game.

Resident Evil 3 – Full Auto-pop upon opening the game.

Resident Evil 7 – Partial auto-pop. Upon opening the game you will be met with a warning that not all trophies will pop – roughly 24 will.

Resident Evil Village – Only two trophies auto-pop, regarding the Goats however if you follow this thread on PSNProfiles step by step you can get platinum within 2 hours.

Rez Infinite – Partial or Full. There is an in-game save transfer. Not many examples however there are a few 1 second platinum’s and there is unlocked all except 1 trophy.

Riders Republic – So far using the Ubisoft save transfer, it does not directly auto-pop.
However, doing one action towards the trophy seems to be popping most of them, although it’s not fully tested on the longer grinds yet. I will keep this updated as more information is available.

Two trophies are confirmed not to auto-pop regardless of actions ‘15 landmarks’ trophy you will need to get all 15 again, and ‘weekly MP level 2’ trophy; levelling up above level 2 will not pop this. You will need to wait for weekly reset then get level 2 again.

Rogue Company – Yes, all trophies auto-pop.

Saints Row The Third Remastered – Yes, latest update auto pops all base game trophies, except the two for completing Act 1 in a different way. DLC trophies do not auto pop.

Samurai Maiden – Full Auto-pop. There are no forum posts or mentions of this one however a good amount of people have platinum in a few seconds, and the accounts all look legit. 

Scarlet Nexus – Yes, all trophies auto-pop after getting your save on PS5.

SD Gundam Battle Alliance – Partial. Trophies for destroying enemies, doing aerial combos, cutting, doing damage and performing role actions appear to auto-pop as evidenced on multiple fastest achiever’s profiles.

Other trophies look like they require actions towards trophies to pop, hence the massive time difference between PS4 and PS5 plats.

I’ll update as I find out more

Skyrim PS5 – After you import save in the game menu, as long as you met the criteria on imported save you can do 1 action towards trophy to auto-pop the miscellaneous trophies.

Confirmed to work like this are; Thief, Golden Touch, Explorer, Delver, Reader, Hero of the People, Thu’um Master, Dragon Hunter, Skill Master, Standing Stones, Solstheim Explorer and level 5, 10, 25 & 50 trophies.

SnowRunner – This game will fully auto-pop. You need to upload PS4 save to the cloud, download save on PS5 version and it’ll pop up to 20-30% of trophies. Delete PS5 save file, import PS4 save file from cloud to PS5 version again, it will pop 20-30% trophies. Repeat this till 100%. Credit – vanslayder

Sonic Frontiers – Partial. Only from PS4 > PS5. It will pop every trophy except “Hope Across Ages” & “A Land at Peace”. Just complete the final boss fight again for these two trophies. Judging by PSNP times this will take around 10 minutes.

Sonic Origins – Full auto-pop in 1 second, game detects a PS4 save.

Soul Hackers 2 – Full Auto-pop.

Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order – Yes, all trophies auto pop.

Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin – There is an in-game save transfer which will auto-pop all trophies except level 99.
I would recommend getting to level 98 so you can rank up 1 for level 99 otherwise you won’t be able to on the auto-pop.

Tactics Ogre: Reborn – Full auto-pop, In-game save transfer will pop all trophies.

Tales of Arise – All trophies will auto-pop using in-game save transfer.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderland – Partial auto-pop. On PS4 version you will need to ‘upload save’ then on PS5 version click ‘download save’, these are both menu options built into the game.

This will auto-pop all level (not chaos level) based trophies (10,20,30), Story related trophies, inventory upgrades for Mule character and the majority of the misc trophies. Certain trophies will require you leave 1 thing available from previous save, eg, leave 1 side quest and complete it on new version to pop all side quest trophy.

Since you upload save to the cloud from PS4 it means you will still have access to it after downloading to PS5, which means you can go back and complete that final side quest you left over etc.

The Dark Pitches Anthology: House of Ashes – The listing on the PS Store states ‘[PS4 game save and trophies do not carry over to the PS5 version of The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes. Support will be added via patch at a later date’. Meaning keep an eye on this one!

The Diofield Chronicle – Partial. Many trophies auto-pop, others require 1 action towards trophies. This is through an in-game save transfer.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Partial. Information is all over the place but 1 action towards the quantitive trophies will pop. Other trophies you can use previous saves if you have any prior to completing the trophy, do the trophy criteria and it will pop – if not you will need to replay game. Few people have reported some trophies auto-popping.

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege – Yes, but reports of it being buggy – Auto-pops all for most and not all for some.

Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection – This is potentially a full auto-pop. You will load all your old PS4 saves onto here however this just depends what saves you have. Because of the way the save system and chapter select operated you may have overwritten chapter saves on the old game. 

Essentially you will need to load into each game save 1 by 1 and it’ll auto-pop which ever trophies were tied to those specific saves, meaning it could auto-pop all if you have saves for it or you will be left partial and need to replay specific chapters for trophies.

Valkyrie Elysium – Full auto-pop in 1 second.

Warframe – Yes, but ongoing issues that have tried to be fixed twice.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty – Full auto-pop apart for 1 trophy. In-game save transfer will pop all trophies except ‘How Precious’, all you need to do is interact with a Shitieshou.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel – (No Platinum) – Partial . After you move to another version and complete 1 ranked match, it will auto-pop 3 or 4 trophies. The Platinum rank trophy will auto-pop also but it is unconfirmed to only auto-pop within the same season.
