Welcome to the Royal Frontier trophy guide!
Royal Frontier is a turn based RPG that takes place on a grid like map. With roguelike elements, this platinum only gets easier, the longer you spend with it!

Step 1: Unlock Blessings
In the first step, we’re gonna take the time to unlock a couple extra blessings. When you have a game over, some point totals from your run are calculated to unlock blessings. Blessings are buffs that you can get for your run. You pick 3 per run. In the long run they can help make your run easier. Especially when you get good attack or defence blessings. At the end of this step, you’ll most likely have most of the list.

You’ll be earning these trophies:
Gold Survivor I
Gold Monster Hunter I
Gold Hoarder I
Gold Hoarder I
Gold Slayer I
Gold Weapon Master I
Gold Heavy Hitter I
Gold Heavy Hitter II
Silver Scroll Crusher I
Gold Big Numbers I

Step 2: Kill 20 Enemies
This is the step where you want to use all the best blessings you have unlocked to be able to survive at least 10 days so you can kill a ton of enemies. Go through all the fights you can. Bosses included so you can buy better gear at stores too! By the end of this step, you’ll have the platinum.

During this step you’ll earn these trophies:
Gold Survivor II
Gold Slayer II
Gold Gold Digger I
40-platinum Platinum Frontier

Trophy Guide

Platinum Frontier
Get all other trophies.

Get all other trophies.

Survivor I Gold
Survive for 5 days.

For this trophy, you have to survive for 5 days. Each node on the map is considered a day. So clear 5 in one run, and you’ll get this trophy.

Survivor II Gold
Survive for 10 days.

To be able to get this trophy, you have to reach Day 11. To do this, you have to clear 10 nodes on the map. Try to take the simplest route, and avoid fights in events the best you can. You can see what day you’re on by looking in the top right corner of the map screen!

Monster Hunter I Gold
Defeat 1 optional boss.

On the map, there are some nodes with a dark head and red eyes. These are optional bosses you can fight for the chance at better gear or lots of gold. Simply go to a boss and beat it to get this trophy.

Hoarder I Gold
Find 5 consumable items in one run.

This trophy can be easy or a touch hard. Once you beat enemies, or do special events marked by question marks on the map, you’ll have a chance of getting consumables. You have to get 5 in one run. These are a mix of things that count towards this trophy. Scrolls, potions, or even items you can use in battle, all count to this trophy.

Slayer I Gold
Defeat 10 enemies in one run.

For this trophy, you have to beat 10 enemies in one run. Most battles have 2-3 enemies. So it could take a max of five battles depending on your luck

Slayer II Gold
Defeat 20 enemies in one run.

This is one of the hardest trophies in the list. You need to do as many battles as possible to kill 20 enemies in one run for this trophy. Try to avoid boss fights if possible. Get into fights in events if you can. Use blessings that give you more attack, defence, and health if you’d like. The more runs you do, the more blessings you unlock, so this becomes a bit easier with time. Use your abilities sparingly, especially the healing ones. Use your damage or stunning abilities on heavy hitting enemies. Kill mages first as they can heal enemies. These are the best tips I can give. Below is an example of how the map can turn out. Many chances for fighting.

Weapon Master I Gold
Discover 3 weapons in one run.

This trophy is down to a lot of luck. You can find weapons of enemies/bosses/random events that happen that are question mark nodes on the map, or from buying them from shops that are marked by green dollar signs on the map. Once you get three new weapons in one run, this trophy is yours.

Heavy Hitter I Gold
Deal 50 damage with a basic attack in one hit.

Refer to Gold Heavy Hitter II.

Heavy Hitter II Gold
Deal 100 damage with a basic attack in one hit.

This is a lot easier than it sounds. If you happen to get a “Black Bomb” item, this can be used in battle. It deals 100 damage and will earn you this trophy and “Heavy Hitter I” at the same time. If you can’t get this item, it makes it a bit tougher. When you use a basic attack, your character will hit an enemy twice, if you get the extra damage prompt executed properly. But only ONE of these numbers count for this trophy. So if the damage done adds to 100, it DOES NOT COUNT.

Scroll Crusher I Gold
Use 5 scrolls in one run.

As you complete each run, you get points towards unlocking more blessings. Eventually you’ll earn “Blessing Of Scripture I” which is located on the bottom left of the first page. This starts you with 10 scrolls for your run. Select this and then use 5 scrolls in battle to get this trophy.

Big Numbers I Gold
Deal 100 damage with a special ability in one hit.

This is easily obtainable with the Mage class, which is one of the first classes you can choose. Once you level it up, choose to upgrade its attack power if it’s an available choice. Then select the “Abilities” menu in battle, and use the “Fireblast” skill. Mash X to get it to max power, and it should do 102 damage, getting you this trophy.

Gold Digger I Gold
Loot 1000 gold in one run.

This trophy is earned once you reach a cumulative amount of one thousand gold in a run. The easiest way to get money is to put on the blessing that makes enemies drop 20% more gold, then try to fight any boss that you can, as they can drop a ton of gold. If there’s a boss node that’s too far away, try and hit as many question mark nodes as possible, as they have a chance of awarding you a lot of money as well!
