Introduction
Welcome to the The Last Faith trophy guide!
From Playstack Ltd, Ever wanted to play Bloodborne, but as a metroidvania? Well, here’s your chance to get exactly that! Fusing item-based exploration with the typical combat mechanics of a Soulslike, The Last Faith beckons you to rid its land of horror-themed creatures!
Roadmap
As if the writing of this guide, The Last Faith has only a single “linear” campaign and no NG+ options. Most of the trophies will come naturally along the way or with minimal exploration, while some others require extensive backtracking and progressing them in a certain fashion (mainly the NPC-related trophies).
Step 0: Before we start
– This roadmap will NOT tell you how to find each and every collectible in the game. Check the Trophy Guide for that.
– This roadmap WILL, however, guide you through the game and make note of important moments and how you should progress in order to obtain the Platinum Trophy at the end of it.
– The game only ever (hard) saves when you use or respawn at one of the save shrines. Quitting the game from the menu or shutting down the application will thus erase all of your progress since the last save point. Use this to your advantage if you think you might have screwed progressing a questline or if the game bugged out and didn’t award you a quest item!
– Start the game as either a Brawler or Rogue. You’ll spend most of your time using melee weapons and they all scale with either STR or DEX.
Walkthrough
Step 1 – Make your way to Oxnevylle Manor
– Don’t worry about anything at the start, just get to grips with the game’s controls
– Along the way you’ll encounter the game’s first boss (
Colossus Slayer), though he shouldn’t pose too much of a challenge. Check the trophy if he does, though.
– At the manor you will meet Lady Helenya, who you can use to level up. She will also give you the quest for the Blessed Teacup (
Blessed Teacup).
– Talk to Mark inside the manor for your first sidearm and his key to progress

– Defeat Dr. Ridly Hermann (
A Doctor’s Demise)
– Talk to Annabella for the Gravitational Ring (
A Gravitational Grasp)
– If you have enough Nycrux, buy the Mechanical Gloves from Mariano and explore the lower part of Federal Inquisition for the Technological Lens (

Step 4 – Site Save & Drowned Crypt

Some of which is probably still best to do just a little later, as you will be more powerful for the optional bosses, so you might want to hold out on it just a little longer. However, you NEED to finish Aldrich’s quest now, or he will soon be gone forever

If you need help with this fight, check the video in
Colossus Slayer.
![]() Defeat the Cold One Beast. |
Story-related, Unmissable

If you need help with this fight, check the video in
Colossus Slayer.

![]() Acquire all primary weapons. |
Collectible
Primary weapons are your bread and butter when it comes to defeating enemies in The Last Faith. They can be roughly categorized into four groups, depending on the stat they scale the best with. Weapons scaling with STR tend to be the best for most players, as they are easy (and early) to come by by just casually playing the game, whereas DEX weapons have probably the best weapons in the game, but they come quite late. MIND and INSTINCT weapons on the other hand are more of a novelty.
Whatever you choose, here are their locations:

Mythringal – Nighttide’s Rout
Oxnevylle Manor – Blunderblade
Drowned Crypt – Ethereal Great Blade

City of Erlim – Doppietta
City of Erlim – Blackhall’s Double Menace
Liturgical Pass – Hexabarrel Repeater
Oxnevylle Manor – Leena’s Bow

Weapon Hoarder .
![]() Acquire all spells. |

The Technological Lens can be found in Federal Inquisition, after getting Hermann’s key and buying the Mechanical Gloves from Mariano for 10.000 Nycrux. Proceed into the Federal Inquisition from the lower entry point and climb the walls with the gloves. The lens will be in the chest.
You will need the lens to achieve the true ending of the game. Check
Esk’s Secret for more information.
![]() Acquire the Celestial Larva. |
Story-related, Unmissable
After defeating Manfredd the Accursed for
Cursebreaker at the end of Ordens Regnant Palace, you will finally find The Last Faith’s equivalent to a double jump. Celebrate your freedom by scouring the whole map of its secrets!
![]() Acquire both of Esk’s eyes. |
Collectible
Both of Esk’s Eyes are needed to achieve the true ending of the game and its corresponding trophies,
The Silenced Voice and
All Will Be Revealed. To get the eyes, you first need to get the Technological Lens
Tech Savvy and the Second Skin item from the Veiled Maiden, which she sells after completing Lady Annika’s quest
Bell of the Ball. You also need to find the ghost lady in Esk Manor, accessed through a hidden portal find behind a breakable wall in noe of the houses in Telwynill Village. As long as you have the Second Skin before defeating Laddak at the top of The Junas Ministry, you can get the eyes whenever you want.
The eyes themselves can be located by following trails of disembodied skulls in both Damned Ruins of the Osseus Fortress and Esk Manor and are guarded by bosses. Check
Starlight’s Bane and
Insomnia for information on them.

should I just grab both eyes and then attempt the three ending, or one and do the two ending then go get second and attempt true ending?

It looks like if you have both eyes, you’re locked out of Embrace the Cosmic Voice… which really sucks because it means you have to replay the entire game. I love being punished for being super-thorough!
