Introduction

Welcome to the Steel Defier trophy guide!
Developed by Viridino Studios and published to consoles by Ratalaika Games, “are you ready to escape from your tight prison cell? A malfunction in the defense system of a transport spaceship accidentally killed everyone aboard, except for one last survivor… You and your suspiciously orange suit.
Explore the maze-like environment around you, moving from room to room, collecting access cards and finding new upgrades for your suit. Use your skills to outmaneuver dozens of different hazard types, while also trying to find a way out.“

Roadmap

Step 1: Escape From The Ship
This is the main part of the game where you will need to survive at minimum 17 different rooms whilst also searching for the 6 upgrades required for trophies, with the objective being to avoid obsatcles within the rooms (that progressively get harder) whilst collecting the 15 key cards required to open the exit door.

The upgrades you collect are within specific rooms (that have been highlighted below), and are within rooms that are free from obstacles. Once you have collected them you can carry on your route to escape whilst utilising them for the remainder of your escape, and the survival mode later on.

Step 2: Survival Mode
Survival mode is available once you have escaped the ship for the first time, and is accessible from the Main Menu. Here you will experience all that you have experienced before in the story mode, however with an endless run. Your objective is to last long enough to collect 50 key cards, and then end the game by dyeing. The trophy for collecting 50 will not pop until the game is over.

Natural selection
Platinum Escapist

Tips and Strategies

You cannot skip the credits after escaping the ship in Step 1, so feel free to close the game and reopen if you wish to get through this a bit quicker.
