Introduction

Welcome to the Capy Cakes trophy guide!
From Hyperreality Entertainment & y-zo studio; “Capy Cakes is a collect-a-thon platformer across thirty increasingly demanding levels. Each screen guards a small number of frosted cupcakes. Collect them all and earn your way to your cozy basket — hop in, listen to your capybara make a satisfied sound, and move on to the next one. Getting there is the hard part.“

Roadmap

Note: The game features Cross-Save functionality from PS4 > PS5. All trophies will auto-pop when you import the PS4 save into the PS5 menu.

Step 1: Collect Every Cupcake
In Capy Cakes, your main objective is to work through the first 15 levels, collecting every cupcake before exiting through the basket at the end of each stage. The platforming starts off simple but gradually introduces trickier hazards like collapsing platforms, thorn bushes, explosive fruit, and strong wind gusts.

As you progress, most trophies will unlock naturally, but there are several miscellaneous requirements worth keeping in mind:

• Reach Level 5 without dying — if you fail this, you’ll need to fully restart the game.
• Finish Level 10 in under 3 minutes.
• Complete Level 13 without triggering any sandbox fruit.
• Bounce on mushrooms 30 times total.
• Get sent back to the start by:
  • Falling into a pit
  • Touching thorns
  • Triggering both types of sandbox fruit
• Sit on a bouncy mushroom long enough for the related trophy to unlock by repeatedly bouncing on the same one.

The best approach is to focus on progression first, then clean up any remaining miscellaneous trophies afterwards. Take your time with the later levels, as patience and timing matter far more than speed.
