Roadmap

Step 1: Multiplayer
There are a few trophies that will require a second controller, and when it comes to GoldVersus arcade race winner, you will need to actually win in split screen. Once the race is won, and you have achieved the trophy feel free to quit the race.

Follow these steps for a quick time –

  • Start versus championship – Quit
  • Start versus arcade race
  • Win versus arcade race – Win/Quit

You’ll be earning these trophies:
Gold Versus championship
Gold Versus arcade race
Gold Versus arcade race winner

Step 2: Single Player
Within Single Player you will also only need to win a single race, with the remaining trophies awarded for simply starting the event. Simplified, follow the below –

  • Start time trial
  • Start solo arcade race on “The Dark Cave” track – Win
  • Win solo arcade race
  • Start solo arcade race on “The Abandoned Factory” track – Quit
  • Start solo race on “Desert by Night” track – Quit
  • Start solo race on “Blazin Sun” track – Quit
  • Start solo race on “Unknown Sector” track – Quit
  • Start solo race on “The Ruins of the Temple” track – Quit
  • Start solo championship – Quit

During this step you’ll earn these trophies:
Silver Time trial
Gold The Dark Cave
Gold Solo arcade race winner
Gold The Abandoned Factory
Gold Desert by Night
Gold Blazin Sun
Gold Unknown Sector
Gold The Ruins of the Temple
Gold Solo championship
40-platinum Ace of the Sky

Tips and Strategies

You can boost with , however it is only worth doing once your boost meter is full, and if you are concerned that you may be attacked you can always aim for the Pink (Shield) Power-Up.

Do not forget that you can enter the race and quit, as all you need to play is two actual races for the two wins.
