Guide young Finley through his first weeks at a provincial hospital. He is on fire for his apprenticeship as an internist. But a lot of pressure makes Finley’s life difficult and gameplay challenging.
We get a small glimpse into the lives of nurses and the pressures of what comes with their jobs. The ongoing challenge of work/life balance and the consequences of what happens when both become entangled.
An interesting experience into the life of a young, newly qualified doctor, who moves to a new town and starts his new job at St. Ursula Hospital – here, the young doctor Finley will uncover dark secrets that lie within the town of Porcupine.
A beautifully illustrated story of the challenges within the healthcare system, and the dark secrets that surround the town of Porcupine and its residents.
I felt the story could have been made a little shorter, and I had a lot of glitches to deal with – aside from these, and the long narratives that were a struggle to care about at times, it was a charming story and was fun to play.

- Very glitchy, even after latest update
- Lots of long narratives
- Some of the mini-games were a little too challenging for the type of game
Summary
A sweet story that grants a small insight into the challenges and issues within the healthcare system. Fairly short at around 8 hours to finish the story. Currently the game can be very glitchy.
