Introduction
Welcome to the Robolt trophy guide!
From Gamelike Games & EastAsiaSoft, “Get ready for a fantastically frantic side-scrolling run ‘n’ gun in Robolt! Presented in blazing fast pixel art style, Robolt casts you as a little robot that can rapidly fire laser bolts as they sprint along. Featuring 16 levels across 4 different worlds, stages are packed with enemies that can be quickly dismantled by your projectiles or by hopping on their heads, but beware of the big bosses at the end of each world!“
Roadmap
Step 1: Upgrade
The best way to go about this game is to concentrate on upgrading a few times before attempting to do anything else. Although not overly difficult, it with substantially speed up the run through the 8 levels if you are upgraded first. Upgrades can be bought prior after choosing what level you play, and can be accessed by going back to the main menu after you die, giving you a seamless way to upgrade. Once you have upgraded the lives and jumping abilities at least once you can begin to plough through the levels.
You’ll be earning these trophies:
Destroyer I
Collector I
Destroyer II
Collector II
Health Upgrade
Gun Upgrade
Jump Upgrade
Step 2: Complete 8 Levels
Here you will want to master the jumps and get through each level as quick as you can, as there is no need to actually kill/collect anything to complete a level. Collect and kill what you need too, but for the majority of the time it’s best just to jump through; this is particularly relevant within the second world due to the falling missiles.
Boss fights are at the end of the fourth level in each of the worlds, so once you killed the first two you come across you’ll be able to complete a small grind in the following level.
During this step you’ll earn these trophies:
Boss I
Collector III
Destroyer III
Boss II
Step 3: Collecting & Kills
If you have sped through the levels you’ll have a small grind to complete with Level 3-1; with the start of the level being a perfect place to get a dozen or so kills, plus around 20 chips to collect prior to dropping off into the electric kill spot. Repeat this until you have the final 2 trophies.
During this step you’ll earn the following trophies:
Collector IV
Destroyer IV
Robot master
