Roadmap
Step 1: Complete (Win) Races 2, 3, 4 & 5
In order to obtain the 4 trophies you will need to win the relevant races (or levels as described in the trophies themselves), which can be done over 3 laps minimum.
Select the Laps, any car, and then the track in question (ignore the first track), and you should complete the races within a couple of minutes.
It does not matter if you cut corners or go onto the grass, as it will not slow you down. I would suggest however that you avoid actually braking as much as possible, as this will cause major oversteer. You can also damage the car to retirement if you hit too many things, so watch out for that.
Otherwise, this is a very short and easy completion.
