Introduction

Welcome to the Wytchwood trophy guide!
When the old Witch of the woods comes across a rather stubborn yet demanding Goat, she’ll be tasked with collecting animal souls to offer to a Shrine in hopes of saving a sleeping maiden. Wytchwood is an easy going crafting adventure that offers the players a world of fables to play out and even stranger characters to interact with. No spell will remain uncast and no reagent left uncollected.

Roadmap

Step 1: Play through the game

That’s it! Simply play through the game and you’ll earn all but 1 not-so-story related trophy. There are 12 Souls you need to collect, all of which are tied to a trophy. The only trophy that isn’t story related is Silver First Things First, which simply requires you to close the game app for at least 1 minute (or at least until the clock changes) and then hop back in. Everything else will come naturally. The Souls are split up into 3 sections, each containing 4 Souls. These can be done in any order and everything will be pretty clearly marked on your map for you, so don’t worry about getting too lost.

You’ll be earning these trophies:

Silver First Things First
Silver The Bear
Silver The Leech
Silver The Ox
Silver The Snake
Gold The Cat
Gold The Fish
Gold The Rat
Gold The Ram
Gold The Hawk
Gold The Hog
Gold The Stag
Gold The Wolf
Gold The Goat
40-platinum Platinum Potion

Collect the soul of the Snake in the Forest.

Story Related.

The Snake will be one of the 1st 4 souls you’re able to collect in the game. The starting point will be at the Weeping Woman in the Forest.

WeepingWoman

After you start this storyline, you’ll go through a handful of quests before being able to collect the Cracked Mirror (this item represents its soul). If you find yourself lost or don’t know where to go to progress, the quest log/journal does a pretty good job of narrowing down the location of the next quest objective and there will also be a Snake icon on the map that shows where you need to go next (this icon matches the trophy tile). You’ll need to collect a handful of materials to complete all of the quests, so if you want to grind them all out before you start, here is a list of each reagent you’ll need and the maximum number of each you’ll need (When you have your crafting menu open, press R1 to hover over the reagents and it will show their locations):

Reagents to pick up:

First Things First Gold
Remember your contract with the Goat.

While this trophy shares the same name as the first quest you complete in the game, it’s not story related. There’s no need to remember your contract with the Goat if you’re already playing, right? For this one, you need to exit out of the game completely (close the app), then wait at least 1 minute (or at least wait for the clock to change), then load the game back up and hit continue. You left the game then “remembered your contract” and came back. When you load into the game again, the trophy will unlock. If you don’t get this by the time you finish the game, it’s ok. You can still hit “continue” from the main menu and it’ll load you back into the game right before you speak with the Goat a final time, making this trophy not missable.

The Wolf Gold
Collect the soul of the Wolf in the Village.
