Roadmap:
Step 1: Play the first maze
Discover the entrance into the cave and play the first maze until you get a time of under 1000.
Press R1 to retry even after you complete the maze; you definitely will need to

You finished the 1st cave area
Finish the 1st cave area with the timer at 2500 or less
Finish the 1st cave area with the timer at 2000 or less
Finish the 1st cave area with the timer at 1500 or less
Finish the 1st cave area with the timer at 1000 or less
Step 2: Play the second maze
Just like the first maze you will need to get a time of under 1000
During this step you’ll earn these trophies:
You finished the 2nd cave area
Finish the 2nd cave area with the timer at 2500 or less
Finish the 2nd cave area with the timer at 2000 or less
Finish the 2nd cave area with the timer at 1500 or less
Finish the 2nd cave area with the timer at 1000 or less
Tips and Strategies:
Hold the X button down to run, you will need it to get your times under 1000 and as previously mentioned use the R1 button to retry, playing the two levels over and over until you have what to do memorized will be the best way to get your times under 1000. You have to play perfectly more or less.

Start by going up until you can turn right
Go all the way right until there is a single opening above you
Continue you going up and right until you are in a corner
Go left until you see an opening below you and follow the path
Follow the linear path to the ladder

Go left until you hit a wall
Go down until you cant go down anymore
Go right until come to an opening above you
Keep going up (ignore the first path on the right)
Once you get to the second path on the right follow it and its a straight shot to the ladder
