Roadmap
Step 1: Master the Tail Whip
Your path to the platinum in Paper Plane revolves around building score while ticking off a handful of simple requirements. You’ll need to reach 5,000 points, defeat at least 25 enemies, and collect various items along the way, most of which will come naturally as you play.
The key mechanic to learn is your tail whip, which is performed by circling around enemies to take them out. Getting comfortable with this movement is essential, as you’ll also need it to block at least 10 incoming projectiles while avoiding damage.
Along the way, make sure to pick up at least one weapon power-up so you can shoot enemies for a trophy, and collect 20 ‘DotPoints’ dropped during gameplay. Finally, allow yourself to get hit once to trigger the respawn requirement.
Focus on survival while steadily working through these actions, and everything will come together in a single run, unlocking the platinum.
