Roadmap

Step 1: Complete the First Level + Miscellaneous
Finishing the first level will earn you several different trophies. However you should be careful while playing. If you serve the customers too quickly they won’t give you tips or bring back the glasses. You should allow customers to come inside the tavern from the cold outside so you can serve them better.

You can carry up to 6 glasses of beer on your trays. To refill them just stand next to the barrel. You will need to do this several times during the game which is played on one level. Continue to refill drinks regularly because there may be many customers in the tavern at the same time. You will need to keep serving them drinks to encourage them to leave the bar.

You should get rewarded with a tip (and maybe a trophy) for your hard work and remember to gather those empty containers.
