Introduction
Welcome to the Shapeneon Chaos trophy guide!
From AFIL Games, “Get ready to immerse yourself in an electrifying universe with ShapeNeon Chaos, a psychedelic space shooter game that offers a unique experience that will challenge even the most seasoned players.“
Roadmap
The below can be completed in any order, however I suggest this route to make things easier, and to learn the pace of the game before heading right in.
Step 1: Slow Motion
The main objective here is to last long enough, and collect enough points to obtain a new Slow Motion effect. You start the game with 3 lives, and 3 effects (which can be triggered by a shoulder button), and you should hopefully obtain a free effect by around 12,000 points. This is not a guarantee however, as all rounds are random, which includes the point in which you obtain a new one.
I would suggest that you utilise one immediately when starting out the round, and then keep a close eye on the left side where your Slow Motion effects are counted.
You’ll be earning a lot of trophies related to killing x amount of each enemy during this stage., and you can quit the round once you have obtained 1 more slow ! .
Step 2: Time Mode
Simply last one minute in the game (there is a counter) with a single life, and then you can quit after earning Living for 1 minute ! . This is not tricky at all, and you can position yourself pretty much in the same place just changing the direction of your shot.
Step 3: Directly to Chaos!
Technically you get the rest of the trophies by selecting “Play Standard Mode” from the Main Menu, but there’s really no point slowing things down. Just like in Step 1 you are required to last long enough, and gain enough points to obtain a Bomb for 1 more bomb!, and a life for 1 more life!. once again the requirements for this are random, but you should have grabbed them both by the time you have reached around 20,000.
Once you’re done here you may need to grab a few more kill related trophies, so just keep playing chaos mode until the platinum pops.
Tips and Strategies
Head into Options from the Main Menu before you start out and check all 5 boxes there – This will enable auto-fire and get rid of some really annoying effects during the game.
The shoulder buttons are available to use for Bombs/Slow Motion depending on the game you’re playing, so make sure to utilise these.
