Trophy Guide

TRINITY
TRINITY
All the Way, Boys!
Complete the throw tutorial without taking any damage.

This trophy can be earned during the first level “The Village”. You will reach an area where you have to throw some pots at your opponents and you need to avoid getting hit by the ones thrown at you.

The best strategy is to play in easy mode and let your partner do the dirty job. You can only focus on dodging the pots and even if your partner gets hit, you will still unlock the trophy.

Watch out for the trampoline. Gold
Hit an enemy using the trampoline axis.

At the beginning of the “Pier” level, you will reach an area where you can find a trampoline axis you can use to throw enemies away.

You are obliged to use Terence for this trophy: get close to the trampoline axis with some enemies and try to bring one or more of them to the opposite side of where you are, then press the Square button to throw the enemy(ies) in the air.

Below is a video of how to obtain it (credits to Javier A. Ruiz Rojas):

The Box Breaker
Avoid Wike’s crates

This trophy refers to the second phase of the boss fight in “The Pier” level.

After eliminating the Captain, Wike will take control of a crane and you need to avoid the crate with which he will try to squash you.

For this trophy, you need to eliminate Wike without letting him hit you with the crane.
The best strategy is to play in easy and use Terence and Bud combo attack:

– Use Terence and pick up the stick the Captain was using before;
– Bud (CPU) will sometimes throw at you some cans;
– You need to press the Circle button on time to trigger a QTE where you can aim to shoot the can at Wike in a baseball-style attack.

The Rocking Chair
Eliminate an enemy with the rocking chair

After the food challenge minigame on the “The Estate” level, you will see Bud sitting on a rocking chair. Well, during the fight with some enemies, you need to kill one of them with this chair.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t deal damage at all so it will take some tries before getting the trophy.

Who you gonna call? Not You! Gold
Hit an enemy on the pole.

The best place to go for this trophy is during “The Gym” level.

On the right part of the gym, there is a pole where the enemies descend from time to time.

For this trophy, you need to hit an enemy before he hits the ground. If done correctly, you should see the enemy going up again.

Below is a video of the correct procedure (credits to Martin):

Chinese Lanterns Gold
Eliminate a Chinatown enemy by using the streetlights with Terence.

During the “Chinatown” level you will see some streetlights with some Chinese lanterns on them.

You need to press the Cross button with Terence and you need to hit an enemy with the kick attack he does.

The Gardener
Talk to Alex the gardener.

Alex the gardener is located on one of the roofs on the “City” level. It’s hard to miss him as his location is on the path of the main game.

It’s on the roof on the left of the block of flats with the “Silverbud” sign.

One at a Time Gold
Throw an enemy into a turnstile with Bud.

On ” The Stadium” level after the first battle, you will reach a zone with a gate with some turnstiles.

Here you need to use Bud to pick up an enemy from the ground and throw him into the turnstile to unlock the trophy.

No Dana, Only Zuul
Awaken the Zuul.

Almost at the end of “The City” level, you will have to climb a long stair to reach Black Tiger.

before doing it, you should see two gargoyle-like statues; hit both statues until their eyes turn red.

Starboy
Talk to the space child.

The space child is in the Bowling Level where the Arcade machines are. Speak to him to get the trophy.

starboy

He Had It Out for You Gold
Don’t get hit by the sacks

After the chorus minigame in the “Theater” level, you will reach backstage and you will have to eliminate some more enemies. Pay attention to the sacks falling down from the ceiling as, if you get hit, you won’t get the trophy.

The best strategy is to stay on the left side of the area as there won’t be falling sacks here and as always play in easy mode.

Kept You Waiting, Huh? Gold
Cross the military base without being detected.

This trophy refers to “the Military Base” level.

You will be in a cage and after freeing yourself, you need to escape from the military base without triggering the alarm.

If you have played the first chapter of the saga, you should already know what you need to do.
However, if not, keep hiding behind crates and stay out of sight of the cameras and the guards.
Don’t rush and sneak behind crates while moving some carts to create dead spots where to hide.

Below, is a video that shows a way how to remain unnoticed (Credits: Master Ninja Ryu):

Heavy Machine Gun!
Free the “special” prisoner.

This trophy refers to “the Military Base” level.

You will eventually reach an area where you need to free some prisoners from a cage then leave by heading right.

Head left instead, and liberate the bound prisoner to get the trophy.

Monkey Kong Gold
Avoid the rolling barrels.

This trophy can be obtained during the level “Cuba”.

Here, there will be two sections with rolling barrels: you need to avoid all of them to get the trophy.

  • First section: there will be barrels rolling down from a rise. Stay on the upper side part of the road;
  • Second section: there will be some enemies throwing you barrels and some attacking you: defeat all the enemies attacking you while staying on the left side of the area (where the car is); then cross the road paying attention to the barrels being thrown at you.

Play in party game mode.

To get this trophy, from the main menu, select “Party Games” and start one of the minigames.

Goal!
Hit an enemy by kicking an object with Terence from above a counter.

To get this trophy, you need to use Terence as a main character. He can jump on tables, counters, etc.

You can try this trophy at the beginning of the “Pier” level. You should see some crates with some basketballs on them.
Get on these crates by pressing the Triangle button, then kick the objects on them with the Cross button.

Hold This for Me!
Eliminate an enemy by throwing a heavy two-handed object with Bud.

You need to use Bud for this trophy.

Sometimes you can find some objects such as big pots, ashtrays, or big chairs you can only throw with Bud’s strength.

Use him to pick one of the aforementioned objects and throw it to an enemy.

Turn the Other Cheek
Activate a ping pong combo with an enemy.

This trophy can be tricky: once you are in a fight, try to leave one enemy alone and approach him. Then make him stand between Bud and Terence. Slap him once, let the other character hit him once, and then punch him again.

If done correctly, you should see a combo counter on the screen; to get this trophy, you need to make this counter reach a 4x combo.

Are We Done? No! Gold
Complete the game.

This trophy is obtained after completing the game in any difficulty.

For more tips and strategies, refer to the Gold …Or Maybe Yes? But I Decide! trophy

Get Down!
Eliminate a launcher enemy reachable only by Terence’s targeted throw.

You have to use Terence Hill and his ability to aim to throw an object to get this trophy.

NOTE: it might get some tries as the trophy might not pop on the first attempt.

Strike!
Bowl a strike by bowling an enemy with Bud

During the “Bowling Alley” level you will reach some bowling alleys where you need to dodge some bowling balls. After this section, you will have to fight some enemies.

Here, you need to throw an enemy against the bowling pins. on the right part of the screen.

NOTE: Make sure to have the latest patch installed as the trophy was bugged and unobtainable before.

Don’t Touch My Bananas! Gold
Cross the river without losing any bananas.

At the end of the “Village” level, you must deliver a banana cargo by boat.

To get the trophy, you don’t have to lose any single banana.
To make it, you will have to use the two analogue sticks of your controller and balance the boat with the two characters.

However, there will be some obstacles as well like:

  • alligators: move both characters to the opposite side of the boat;
  • Leaks: Use Terence to fix them as soon as possible by rapidly pressing the
  • Square button and use Bud to balance the boat while fixing it;
  • Pelicans: use one of the two characters to chase away them as soon as possible by rapidly pressing the Triangle button.

Check the video down below to see the procedure on how to easily get the trophy (Thanks to Master Ninja Ryu):

Don’t Worry, I’m an Engineer! Gold
Take more than 30 seconds to fix a leak.

At the end of the “Village” trophy, you must deliver a banana cargo by boat.

From time to time, a leak will appear and to get the trophy, you need to wait for more than 30 seconds to fix it with Terence by rapidly pressing the Square button.

You Won’t Finish That One? Gold
Steal food from the same opponent 3 times.

This trophy refers to the binge minigame you can replay from the party games menu or at the beginning of the “Estate” level.

You will have to steal food from the same enemy three times by pressing a combination of buttons in the correct order.

Every character will have a corresponding color (yours is red) and you have to steal three dishes from the same opponent by completing the button sequence before he does.

Super Cop! Gold
Complete the training with at least 5 seconds left.

This trophy refers to the Training minigame you can replay from the party games menu or at the beginning of the “Laboratory” level.

During the training, you must complete a path with obstacles and some firing range sections and you need to do it as fast as you can.

You will have to run by alternately pressing the Cross + Square buttons, overpass some obstacles, and complete some firing range sections as fast as you can.

Sorry, Boss! Gold
Hit 5 hostages during training.

You can try this trophy during the main story or replaying the “Training” minigame from the Party Mode.

During the training, you must complete a path with obstacles and some firing range sections. When you reach those sections, you will have 3 targets and to proceed, you need to “kill” the two bandits while avoiding the hostage.

Well… for this trophy, you need to hit 5 hostages instead.

Didn’t Get It? Let Me Explain. Gold
Win all rounds of the three-card game by always choosing first.

You can try this trophy during the main story or replaying the “Three Cards” minigame from the Party Mode.

To win this game you need to guess the correct card you get assigned three times by always being the first to choose.
Look closely and pay attention as the CPU that mixes the cards is fast and does some hand tricks that can confuse you easily.

Serrano Is Back Gold
Win the pelota match without letting the opponents score.

You can try this trophy during the main story or replaying the “Pelota” minigame from the Party Mode.

The pelota game consists of throwing a ball against a wall and letting it bounce to the ground once before catching it and throwing it again. To score a point, the ball needs to bounce to the ground twice.

For this trophy, you need to win without letting the opponent team score a point within 2:30 minutes.

Below, is a video that shows the procedure (credits to Master Ninja Ryu):

I Say You Cheated. Oh, You Say? Gold
Cheat to take away a sure point from the opponents.

You can go for this trophy during the main story (“The Bowling Alley” Level) or by replaying the “Tris or Cheat” minigame from the Party Mode.

This trophy can be tricky if you don’t know the rules of the game (Like me). I got this trophy by cheating at every hand and the trophy eventually popped.

Internationally Acclaimed Singer Gold
Complete the chorus without missing any notes.

You can go for this trophy during the main story (“Theatre” Level) or by replaying the “Chorus” minigame from the Party Mode.

To get it, you need to press the Cross button to sing or an arrow button in rhythm to move your character to reach the other side of the stage.
Pay attention that there are some glowing red NPC’s that are obstacles you need to avoid while moving as well.

Below, is a video that shows the procedure (credits to Master Ninja Ryu):

I Preferred It Red with the Yellow Catapult Gold
Win the airboat challenge by only driving in reverse.

You can go for this trophy during the main story or by replaying the “Airboat” minigame from the Party Mode.

For this trophy, you need to drive the airboat by only using the L2 button and the analogue stick. Pick up the barrels in the water and throw them to hit the rival airboats.

The best strategy for this trophy is to play in easy mode and, if you have 4 controllers, connect them all to stop all the opponent airboats.

If you take your time to dodge and land your attacks as well, you can also go for Silver That Was a Fancy Shooting even if it’s better to do the two trophies separately as this one doesn’t require you to drive in reverse.

That Was a Fancy Shooting Gold
Win the airboat challenge without getting hit.

Check the Gold I Preferred It Red With The Yellow Catapult trophy description for more details.
