Introduction
Welcome to the Speedway Racing trophy guide!
From Super PowerUp Games; “In Speedway Racing, you will enjoy the fastest, most spectacular races at over 350 Km/h, avoiding multiple collisions against 20 rivals. There are several modes available, including Championship, Arcade and 4-player multiplayer. There is also an online leader board where you can compare your best times with those of your friends and players from around the world.“
Roadmap
Step 1: Multiplayer
You will need 4 controllers for this part of the playthrough, or at least a way of adding 4 separate profiles into the game (Remote Play etc.), due to the fact that you need to play with three friends for 4 Players. You’ll only have to start the event and then you can quit out.
Playing with three friends will also not pop 2 Players, as you’ll actually have to play with a single other profile.
You’ll be earning these trophies:
2 Players
4 Players
Step 2: Arcade Mode
As you progress through the Arcade Mode you will unlock more vehicles, which can be used for the later stages, however you can easily complete all 6 races with the very first racer. The races make us of the 6 different tracks that are available within the game.
It doesn’t matter where you finish in these events as long as you complete the allotted laps within the timeframe.
During this step you’ll earn these trophies:
Arcade Orlando
Arcade Atlanta
Arcade Boston
Arcade Phoenix
Arcade Sacramento
Arcade Seattle
Drifter
Step 3: Cup (Championship)
There are 2 versions of a Championship style Cup that you will need to win, with both of them containing 3 races each on the different layouts that you have already experienced. The first racer is once again more than capable of winning both events comfortably.
During this step you’ll earn the following trophies:
East Championship
West Championship
Step 4: Time Trial
Three lap time trials await you here, however they are not difficult at all, just be sure to hit as many boost pads as you can whilst going around the tracks.
You will want to play about with the vehicles for these ones, with the following recommended –
- Purple (Scarlet) – Orlando & Phoenix
- Green (Hurricane) – Atlanta & Sacramento
- Red (Black Knight) – Boston & Seattle
During this step you’ll earn the following trophies:
Time Trial Beginner
Time Trial Beginner Dirt
Time Trial Intermediate
Time Trial Advanced
Time Trial Pro
Time Trial Master
Platinum Cup
Tips and Strategies
- Drifter can be earned easily on the sharper of the 2 bends in Seattle. You may need to touch the brake ever so slightly to initiate the drift.
- For Faster you will easily obtain this during one of the time trials on Boston, or Seattle.
