Introduction
Welcome to the Embattled trophy guide!
From Xitilon, “EMBATTLED is a fast-paced one-button game. You are constantly moving up and down while enemies on both sides are shooting at you and approaching your position. To change your direction, press a button or hit the top or the bottom of the screen. Hold a button to stay still and put up shields to protect yourself from enemy shots. But when you have the shields up enemies shoot faster and move towards you. Try to avoid enemy shots and make them hit each other to score points. The game is over when an enemy shot hits you.“
Roadmap
Step 1: Survive 2 Minutes
Another single button controlled character, and this time we are tapping the 
to change directions, and holding it to produce a shield. You are joined on screen by 2 opposing enemies that are trying to destroy you from both side, and the only way to defeat them is to get them to fire towards each other.
You opponents will also be closing in on you so you cannot just sit there holding the shield up and expect to win. You will need to move up and down the screen causing them to damage each other, which builds up you multiplier and score.
Whilst you are holding your shield out the opponents will also move faster, so it’s best advised to take the opportunity to escape the top or bottom of the screen and move up as slowly as you can, minimising the amount of time you hid behind your shield. You can clearly see this strategy in the Platinum Capture clip below.
All other trophies will be earned naturally whilst trying to obtain Magic Barrier.
