Enter the game, choose your character, finally hold   & to get the platinum!
Your flight height is accumulative, so it doesn’t matter if you last 1, or 5 seconds; you can try to avoid the asteroids if you wish, in order to keep your 3 lives as long as you can, but there really is no point.
