Review
Joe Wander and the Enigmatic Adventures feels like a cartoon game version of an Indiana Jones movie, which isn’t a bad thing. There are four worlds to explore; Peru, Egypt, Japan and Artic. Each world consisting of 5 levels, a boss fight and a bonus level.

Very bright and colourful, music is upbeat and at times very Indiana Jones like. The level of detail on the surroundings and graphics are great and easy on the eyes.

The puzzles are challenging and fun, and increases in complexity as you explore. Each main level consists of five coins and puzzles. I enjoyed the gameplay and puzzles, challenging enough that you have to think bout a solution, but not too much that you give up trying.

At the end of each level there is a gem to collect which signifies the end of the level. There are also checkpoints in each level so if you die, you won’t need to begin the level from the begining. You need to collect a certain number of coins and gems to move onto the next level.

An enjoyable puzzle platformer that’s fairly lengthy in time to beat. This game promises fun, with a lengthy but worth it platinum journey.
Rating
Pros:
- Fun, challenging puzzles
- Great level of detail
Cons:
- Lack of camera control can be annoying
- Movement can be a little fiddly interacting with objects
Summary
Fun little 3D puzzle platformer with lengthy gameplay. Definitely a hidden gem that won’t receive the attention it deserves.
