Introduction
Welcome to the Formula Bit Racing DX trophy guide!
From 2ksomnis & 2Awesome Studio; “Formula Bit Racing DX is a fun arcade racing game that’s influenced by the classic arcade racing games of the early 90’s. Each curve and each lap in Formula Bit Racing DX recreates classic arcade gameplay and offers you unbound speed limits of fun. Full throttle and enjoy!“
Roadmap
Step 1: Complete the Novice Series
There are 5 races within the Novice Series, and by the end of it you will have obtained almost all the trophies. Once you are victorious, select Continue to return to the Main Menu, and then go back into the series to select another track.
It may take a bit of time to get used too, but it doesn’t matter how many times you restart, so you should have no issues winning all 5 races on normal difficulty.
Trophies will come from Overtaking Cars (naturally), Drifting (naturally), Winning Races (naturally), and Braking (almost naturally).
You’ll be earning these trophies:
Faster than lightning
On your left
My first boost
Burning Wheel
Rear View Mirror
The Drifter
Like a boss
Pro Driver
Full Speed
Master of podiums
Driver’s License
Step 2: Replay USA 5 Times
After finishing first in each of the five races in the Novice Series you will still need to win a further five races. For this one head to the USA track in the Novice Series (as it is the shortest), and replay it until you have you ten wins total.
After winning the race you can simply Restart, there is no need to Continue and head back to the Main Menu.
During this step you’ll earn these trophies:
Gone in 20 seconds
Champion
Platinum
Tips and Strategies
Normal racing game controls in this one, with to accelerate, and
to brake. Boost can be activated with
roughly once per lap.
I found that I was entering the corners too quickly to begin with, so bare this in mind, and use the brake a little when it may not seem necessary.
Having tested a few of the cars, the lighter blue one (shown below) appeared to be best suited to my driving style. This does not mean that it will be the best one for you, however I highly recommend that you try this one out.
