Welcome to the Lost Grimoires 3: The Forgotten Well trophy guide walkthrough!

Video guides of this walkthrough are fine as long as I am credited in the video and the guide linked!

Tips and Strategies:

Collectibles are morphing objects – they’re masks.  They just fade in and out of the scene.  They’re always on the main screen and not in any subwindows.

DO NOT USE HINTS / SKIP HO SCENES OR MINIGAMES.  Skipping dialogue and cutscenes is okay.

This looks more complicated than it is.  You want the monsters in the red shapes and the knights in the green ones.  Just consider the board as two circles, and get the monsters lined up next to each other to slide them easily into place.

Quit to Main Menu (autosave) and BACK UP YOUR SAVE. We’re going for Flawless Aim here (utilizing the “crazy clicking” method during the game will take care of the other two HO trophies, but you’ll also have this backup just in case you don’t get them by the end of the game).  Reload if needed.

There’s a beneficial glitch here – if you find the first round of objects with no mistakes, you’ll unlock Flawless Aim.  The horns are on the elf left of the elf with a symbol on its cloak, and the scythe is between two elves directly right of the shining staff.  If you get these two without making a mistake, you should unlock Flawless Aim.  I assume the other HO trophies might unlock here as well, but I had both unlocked by the time I got here. Let me know.
